Kiyohiko is a friend and neighbor of Emi.
History
Emi and Kiyohiko were childhood friends. For some reason, Emi found it entertaining to kick Kiyohiko into rivers and made a habit out of it. Kiyohiko didn't like it one bit, but never spoke out or tried to take revenge.
Appearance
Kiyohiko has brown hair and black eyes. He is usually seen wearing a brown jacket over a black shirt. In the summer, he is also seen wearing blue shorts that reach above his knees.
Personality
Kiyohiko comes off as a sensitive, timid and soft-spoken individual. He doesn't retaliate against Emi despite being frequently kicked into the river for her amusement. He also became extremely emotional when he finally found someone who truly understood his predicament.
